As the successful **Part Time HR Advisor**your duties will include:

- Assisting with the recruitment process for the business
- Coaching and mentoring junior team members and line managers
- Monitoring, reviewing, and reporting department performances
- Regularly reviewing HR processes and policies
- Delivering key HR initiatives across the business
- Preparing and processing letters and other documents when required
- Supporting payroll with new starter/ leaver information and monthly reports

Skills required:

- Previous HR Advisor experience
- Minimum level 3 CIPD
- A great understanding of key HR policies as well as current employment legislations
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- IT literate in the use of MS Office
- A high attention to detail
