Receptionist/administrator - Ballyclare - 25k

**VANRATH **are delighted to be assisting our major commercial vehicle client with the recruitment of a **Part Time** **Receptionist/Administrator** to join their dynamic and growing team based in their **Ballyclare Office**.
Salary - £23,000 - £25,000 (Pro Rata)
Hours - Mon-Fri - 13:00-17:00
**Responsibilities**:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and provide information to callers
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Assist with general administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and faxing
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
**Skills**:
- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Proficient typing skills for data entry tasks
- Familiarity with Google Suite or similar office software
- Ability to use computerized systems for various tasks
- Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple priorities
- Basic clerical skills for office support tasks
- Knowledge of QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a plus
