We are looking to recruit for an exciting new vacancy within the dynamic Admin & Events team. The purpose of this role is to provide support to the Events functions of the Training department to ensure we deliver key projects and events on time. As the Events Assistant, you will support the development and implementation of our Events programme and in line with the overall marketing brand strategies.

The role requires:

- A clear passion for running events and to make them a success
- Experience within the Events or Hospitality Industry
- A positive can do attitude
- Excellent customer service
- Works well under pressure
- An ability to manage concurrent deadlines and excellent time management
- Confident working with computers - good knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and databases.
- Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail
- Exceptional communication skills in both written and verbal form
- Experience of Active Campaign, Ticket Tailor and Shopify would be a bonus
