**Administrative Assistant / Management Assistant**

**Purpose of the Role**

Reporting to and supporting our Managing Director, providing administration support for the Senior Leadership Team, where directed.

**Role Requirements**
- Booking meeting rooms for colleagues and arranging meeting schedules.
- Manage meeting preparation, including preparing agendas, packs, and distribution of such in readiness.
- Conduct minutes at various high-level meetings such as LOC Committee Meetings, Health & Safety, Site Crisis and SLT strategy meetings.
- Manage the diary of our MD and schedule meetings and appointments.
- Booking travel accommodations and organising itineraries for the SLT, as / when required.
- Issue approved minutes to attendees.
- General business administration tasks including, but not limited to:

- Upkeep of various filing systems
- LOC Committee support
- Process maintenance requests in line with internal processes
- Generating reports.
- Support the supervision of our internal H&S Management System, Riskproof, together with cross-examining the data and reporting of entries.
- Facilitate the meet / greet offering, coordination, and compliance of our external visitors
- Contribute to carrying out the weekly safety fire alarm tests.
- Support with any other project administration across the business as and when required.

- Be confident in their abilities, allowing them to ask questions and obtain the detail to conduct their workflow to a high standard

Be a people person and natural when working around both colleagues and guests alike. Being able to demonstrate good customer care and communication skills and have a polite, pleasant manner

**A few ‘need to knows’**
- This role is offered as a live out position, with an annual salary of £25,000 pro rata, payable monthly in arrears.
- Shift patterns consist of eight-hour shifts working over five days of our seven-day week.
- Interviews will be held on site and consist of competency-based questions and an informal discussion to get to know about you. Additionally, a site tour may be included so please bring a coat
- All applicants must be eligible to live and work in the UK.
- The role will be situated primarily at our site in Greater Langdale, near Ambleside with the potential for the opportunity for home working once your training has been completed.
