**Executive Assistant to the CEO**

**Part Time - 14 hours per week | Hours/days can be worked flexibly | £10,800 pro-rata per annum | £27,000 full time equivalent | Ambleside**

As the Executive Assistant, you will play a key role in providing high-level administrative support to the CEO and wider Senior Leadership Team. Your responsibilities will extend to managing the CEO's schedule, overseeing Board and Committee meeting logistics, being responsible for preparing and distributing Board and Committee papers and minutes as well as supporting CEO led events.
- This role requires someone who is trustworthy, highly organised and able to prioritise proactively. You will need to have excellent oral and written communication skills and great interpersonal skills, establishing and maintaining excellent working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

- **Essential Experience**:

- Experience of working as an Executive Assistant to a CEO or Senior Executive.
- Experience of supporting Boards

**Essential Skills**:

- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to work under pressure and can prioritise workloads to meet timescales and deliverables.
- Ability to maintain high standard work practices and ensure integrity, respect, and confidentiality.
- Professional and confident approach when dealing with people - internally and externally.
- Demonstrates the ability to work equally effectively as part of a team or alone and a customer focused, positive, and can-do attitude are important.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), CRM databases and virtual meeting products
