Dream Car Giveaways are excited to be expanding the marketing team and are ready to welcome a new Marketing Specialist to assist with the businesses objectives as we move into Q3/Q4. You’ll be working in a fun and exciting business environment and if you’re interested in cars, this is the right place to be

**Key requirements**:

- Develop and implement paid media campaigns on a variety of channels such as; Meta, Google Ads, Taboola, TikTok
- Monitor and optimise paid media campaigns to ensure maximum ROI
- Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance and provide data-driven insights
- Stay abreast of industry trends to improve and enhance campaigns
- Identify opportunities for growth
- Stay ahead of competitors in the market and analyse market trends
- Assist with A.O.B in your downtime (competition creation, idea generation, social media posts etc.)

**Skills and qualifications**:

- Proven experience in a marketing role, predominately in paid media campaigns (3+ Years)
- Degree level educated or equivalent (Level 4 Digital Marketing)
- Paid advertising experience (PPC, Facebook Ads)
- Proficiency in analytics software (GSC, GA4)
- Strong analysis skills
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of marketing strategy and traditional and digital media channels
- Excellent research and data analysis skills

**Hours**:Flexible 40 hours Monday-Friday inc. Sunday (Paid Overtime Available)

**Salary BAND**: £30,000.00 to £35,000.00 (D.O.E)
