**Great Little Breaks** is the specialist UK short breaks division within the HotelshopUK group. We work with a variety of accommodation providers, attractions and partners, handpicking the best the UK has to offer and combining them together to create memorable short breaks for both our direct and retail customers.

**About You**:
We are looking for a pro-active and results orientated PPC specialist, with a passion for digital techniques and technologies and, for customer centric communications. You will have a creative flair and an eye for detail with a willingness to get stuck in and go the extra mile. Previous experience of creating and managing PPC campaigns and working to a budget to exceed targets is a must. You will also have experience of working within a marketing team to ensure consistent messaging and branding and be comfortable working with stakeholders across other departments.

**Hours of work**
24 hours, Monday to Friday - flexible hours are potentially available

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement PPC strategies to meet and exceed targets
- Conduct specific, relevant and targeted keyword research for ad campaigns with an optimal CPC that works within budget
- Create compelling Ad copy to boost conversions and convert potential customers to paying customers
- Implement Ad testing to utilise the budget and prioritise the most successful variations
- Develop a bidding strategy across campaign and maximise the return on ad spend (ROAS)
- Monitor and assess specific metrics, i.e. click-through-rate (CTR), cost per click (CPC) and conversion rates etc.
- Analyse and evaluate the performance of campaigns and make adjustments as necessary
- Create reports for management team
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices
- Support the organisation in the development of new digital marketing campaigns and initiatives

**Job Type**: Temporary contract
Contract length: 6-12 months

**Salary**: £21,000.00-£22,000.00 per year
