**Job Advert - Sales Specialist (Full Time)**

We are searching for a Sales Specialist to contribute significantly to the success of the team in our office in Droitwich Spa.

Our purpose is to be memorable for all the right reasons. We focus on residential property and do it remarkably well.

**Location**:Droitwich Spa with travel to properties as required.

**Hours**: Your average weekly hours are 44.5 to be worked as follows, working 1 in 3 Saturdays. Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm, Saturdays 9:00am - 3.30pm.

**Salary: £20,000 - OTE £27,000**

**What are we looking for from you?**

**An expert in your field**:As a Sales Specialist at Nicol & Co your customer service skills will be second to none. This role will involve identifying client requirements and matching them to our property portfolio and calling out new stock to our database of applicants. Dealing with the incoming telephone and digital enquiries, you will be the first point of contact for registering new applicants, getting to know their property needs and building relationships.

**Approachable**:A client focused approached is essential for this role with exceptional service delivery. We are looking for somebody with a friendly and enthusiastic personality with a genuine desire to help people find their dream homes.

**Dedicated to results**:Reporting directly to your Sales Manager you’ll have a great relationship with aligned goals. Providing a premium service, you will be generating new business with prospecting, booking in Market Appraisals and additional services including mortgage appointments and sending conveying referrals.

**Organised**:We expect you to have high standards and to work as required to deliver. During the current climate, ensuring clients are aware of COVID protocols when arranging appointments is crucial. You will be dealing with a high level of applicants and multiple properties at one time so great organisation skills are needed.
