About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Meat Specialist to lead our client's retail butchery concession. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively share product knowledge with the team and customers to enhance the shopping experience
  • Provide excellent service and sales skills to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Utilize computer literacy and proficiency in various IT systems to streamline operations
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and food hygiene to ensure a safe and healthy environment
  • Participate in stocktakes, meetings, and training sessions as required to stay up-to-date with industry developments
