Our client is a well-respected SaaS Fintech company focusing on Tax solutions and data to help drive business performance.

**(Contract from Jan 2023 and Perm from Q2 2023)**

Contract to Permanent role, responsible for the planning and execution of pan-European event marketing programs.

As a member of the EMEA Marketing Team you will lead our event programme working with other members of the team to execute either standalone events or events that form part of a wider marketing programme

By events we are referring to larger trade shows/conferences organised by third parties of which our client is a sponsor/speaker; internal events solely organised and promoted by our client; Partner roundtables; Webinars, and everything in-between

The events will focus on getting in front of prospective customers as well as supporting customer events including our annual flagship Exchange event

**Key Responsibilities**

The Event Marketing role will own the events plan and lead on the event execution and will include - event logistics, supplier liaison, internal stakeholder management, stand creative development and messaging, pre-event briefings, post event reviews andgeneral related communications

**Essential Skills & Requirements**:

- Experience and demonstrated success in event project management, logistics and event execution across a range of B2B Trade events, ideally in the Tech sector
- Ability to manage full event lifecycle from event research and selection; execution; supplier liaison; evaluation.
- Tradeshow management experience
- Demonstrated agency management experience
- Excellent budget management skills
- Adaptability to successfully manage multiple, concurrent project demands within established timelines in a fast paced, rapid-growth environment
- Proactive, resourceful, self-starter, comfortable working autonomously with a strong sense of urgency and work ethic
- Experience working with Sales and Inside Sales Teams
- Strong influencing and diplomacy, comfortable liaising with senior stakeholders
- Team player with proactive, can-do attitude and ability to execute exceptionally
- Travel will be required as related to assigned events across Europe - UK, Germany, France, Netherlands

**Desirable Skills**:

- Pardot automation and SFDC / CRM experience - to manage lead flows and delegate follow-up programmes
- Proactively bring new innovative ideas and improved processes to improve event performance
- Help to identify, propose and implement cost-savings opportunities
- Knowledge of best-practices and market trends which could enhance events
- Fluent in English. Other European languages welcome
