We’re looking for a new member of the team to join us and help continue our client service standards. If you’re a self-starter who enjoys having a varied working load then this could be a great opportunity for you.

Duties will include but not limited to:

- Liaising with a variety of stakeholders (Including clients, contractors and tenants) regarding day-to-day issues, repairs, monitoring regulatory compliance
- Dealing with property work, undertaking property inspections and arranging property repairs as well as preparing and submitting documentation
- Compile documents for ‘New Instructions’ and upload to our system
- Provide administrative assistance to the Director, Sales and Lettings Managers and their teams
- Update and maintain company website, portals and window displays
- Management of the office diary system.
- Management of an effective applicant database, ensuring regular contact is made with all prospective tenants.
- Register applicants and ensure that all relevant information is taken and, where necessary book in viewings

**Requirements & Skills**
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Confident telephone manner with excellent communication skills
- Exceptional time management skills with ability to prioritise and organise own workload
- Work under pressure to meet deadlines
- Attention to detail with the ability to proof read, spell check and format to company standards
- Smartly presented
- Efficient and able to work under pressure
- Self-motivated and able to work alone
- First-class work prioritisation.
- Great organisational skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent IT skills
- The desire to learn quickly and knowledge share.
- Excellent people and communication skills.
- Great verbal and written communication
- The ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
- Full clean driving licence

Full training will be provided for relevant systems and procedures.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: £9,800.00-£19,000.00 per year

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

- Property Management: 1 year (preferred)
- IT: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (required)
