**Digital Delivery Lead**
- Salary: up to £80K base depending on experience
- Hybrid,2 days travel to central London based office

We are looking for a Digital Delivery Lead to join a leading UK retailer to help delivery their customers with an innovative digital experience.

The teams primary focus is to develop their cloud and digital capability.

**_ Your responsibilities_**
- Responsible for leading and managing the delivery of digital initiatives using Agile methodologies.
- Collaborate with Service transition, Dev-ops, product and technology teams
- Ensuring teams have developed OKR's and ensuring teams meet these objectives.

**_ Experience _**
- Working within an agile environment
- Experience with working with offshore suppliers and onshore teams.
- Strong financial management skills and experience
- Multi-project delivery consisting of multiple delivery teams and overall team size
- Experience managing matrix teams, preferably across multiple locations
- A strong understanding of all stages in an initiative lifecycle and delivery approaches/methodologies.
- A project management certification e.g. PRINCE2, PMP, APM, Scrum Master, MSP
- Experience delivering software in an Agile environment
- Experience working in retail is beneficial but not essential
