Job Overview:
**Duties**:

- Perform general cleaning tasks such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming
- Carrying out inspections of PPM schedule including plant rooms and other systems
- Weekly / Monthly testing of fire alarm, emegrency lighting, smoke vents etc
- Clean and sanitise washrooms and restock supplies
- Empty bins and dispose of waste appropriately
- Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces
- Report any maintenance issues to the supervisor promptly
- Follow health and safety guidelines at all times

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in cleaning or housekeeping is advantageous
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively
- Proficiency in English language for effective communication
