Job Title: Team Member - Cleaner

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Team Member - Cleaner to join our team at Mecca Bingo. As a key member of our cleaning team, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout our venue.



Key Responsibilities

As a Team Member - Cleaner, you will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring the cleanliness and presentation of the venue, including the gaming floor, bars, and restaurants
  • Providing a courteous and professional service to our customers
  • Working collaboratively with the wider team to achieve our goals and objectives
  • Achieving results to ensure the venue is presented to the highest standard
  • Providing input to improve the service provided
  • Ensuring compliance with all regulations, particularly for hygiene, food safety, and safer gambling
  • Immaculate operational standards in all areas
  • Working to timescales when completing tasks


Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A positive attitude and a willingness to learn
  • Experience of working successfully in a cleaning role
  • Experience using a range of cleaning equipment and products
  • A fanatical approach to delivering unrivalled results
  • Ability to collaborate with the team and wider business
  • Sound communication skills
