Key Responsibilities

As a Team Member - Cleaner, you will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring the cleanliness and presentation of the venue, including the gaming floor, bars, and restaurants
  • Providing a courteous and professional service to customers and colleagues
  • Working collaboratively with the cleaning and wider casino team to achieve results
  • Achieving impeccable standards in all areas, including hygiene, food safety, and safer gambling
  • Providing input to improve the service provided and ensuring compliance with all regulations


Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A positive attitude and a passion for delivering high-quality results
  • Experience of working successfully in a cleaning role, with a focus on attention to detail and customer service
  • Experience using a range of cleaning equipment and products
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with the team
  • Comfortable with change and able to adapt to new ways of working
