Job Title: Automotive Training Team Leader

Main Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with the Production Supervisor to identify individual and team training needs, gaps, and strengths, and ensure appropriate training is received.
  • Continually monitor Vehicle Assemblers for SSOW's and Risk Assessments compliance.
  • Ensure correct production/quality processes, equipment, and working environments are conducive to producing a high-quality product/service.
  • Carry out daily morning meetings and weekly toolbox talks to ensure full communication and transparency with the team.
  • Establish goals and objectives for self and team and implement accordingly to help support/improve job performance.
Requirements:
  • A driving license is essential for this role.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team.
