- Job Advert Description**About the role of Administration Assistant - Prevention Hub**

An exciting opportunity has arisen for the appointment of an Administration Assistant to assist in our Prevention Hub. The role is full time (37 hours per week) working under a 6-8 month Fixed Term Contract.

The role of the Administration Assistant is a varied and interesting role in which you will be responsible for assisting our small and friendly team with the following duties:

- General day-to-day administration tasks
- Take meeting minutes, populate agendas etc.
- Populate spreadsheets.
- Arrange meetings and manage calendars.
- Manage timetables

The successful applicant will be proactive and willing to work on their own initiative.

You will be able to engage with people at all levels and demonstrate flexibility, motivation and commitment, a proven ability to set high standards and a hands-on working style encouraging our real one team ethos to achieve goals and targets.
