Based in Christchurch, a Business Support Assistant is required on a contract basis to support one of our top aerospace clients.

**The Individual**

As a Business Support Assistant, you will be responsible in assisting your designated Executives and Team through ensuring the smooth running of their business/Function by providing a secretarial and/or administrative service.

You have an inquisitive mindset, wanting to learn about the business and looking to become part of a dynamic Secretarial team, widening your network as you gain experience.

You will be able to work as part of a team or autonomously.

**Skills**:

- You will have good written and oral communication skills and the ability to work to deadlines.
- Extensive Microsoft Office knowledge required
- Proven track record in administration or coordination role
- Strong administrator background
- Able to use Microsoft package including Excel & Word
- Proven ability to maintain react and think quickly to fast moving fluid situations
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to work under pressure and towards tight deadlines
