As an Occupational Health Lead, you’ll bring experience of leading and managing Occupational Health service provision, have a sound understanding of evidence-led employee wellbeing initiatives and have the ability to communicate fluently with clinical / non-clinical colleagues and a wide range of stakeholders.

You’ll ensure a comprehensive, professional, clinically safe Occupational Health (OH) Service is delivered to the employees in line with Company Occupational Health policies and procedures and local arrangements.

**As our Occupational Health Lead you will**:
Own the relationship with 3rd party providers, overseeing service delivery, and ensuring services are delivered in line with contractual agreements.
Ensure robust governance is in place that facilitates internal and external assurance.
Oversee the management and delivery of the annual flu immunisation programme
Contribute to the employee health and wellbeing initiatives, working with HR and Clinical / Operational colleagues, whilst ensuring full compliance with any relevant regulations e.g. Annual Driver Medicals, DSE, Workplace wellbeing campaigns.
Take ownership of OH Policies, certifying that these are up to date with best practice and national guidelines
Work with the clinical / medical teams to develop organisational-level guidance and protocols in response to outbreaks and issues that may impact upon employee wellbeing e.g. COVID-19 prevalence, Stress management, Chickenpox/Shingles.
