Job Summary:
  Experienced Occupational Hygienist sought for a respected outfit in the South East, requiring a flexible attitude, strong analytical skills, and keen interest in Health and Safety.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Conduct workplace assessments to identify noise, fume, dust, and hand arm vibration risks at Client sites

  • Perform Chemical Hazard Assessments (COSHH) to ensure compliance with health and safety legislation

  • Monitor air quality and provide recommendations to Clients

  • Write detailed reports outlining findings and propose corrective actions

  • Meet with Clients to discuss technical matters related to occupational hygiene

  • Support the wider team with training and guidance on health and safety best practices

  • Deliver high-quality customer service, meeting deadlines and being punctual and professional on site

Requirements:

  • BOHS qualification in Occupational Hygiene (e.g. P601, W501, W503, and W507)

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a meticulous approach to work

  • Proficiency in IT systems and software

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with Clients and colleagues

  • Ability to travel and adapt to changing company requirements

  • Strong interest in Health and Safety procedures and industry developments
