Business Support Administrator

Are you looking for a new career opportunity? Electricity North West is seeking a flexible, full-time Business Support Administrator in the South Operations area, Salford, and the role comes with a salary of up to £36,221.08k plus excellent benefits.
As a Business Support Administrator, you will provide full administrative support to the industrial teams and Delivery Managers using the in-house scheduling platform to ensure the industrial resource is fully utilised. You will also create and prioritise work requests for fault and planned works.
To give you an idea of how this flexible role would look and feel, here are some of the things you could expect to do:
- Provide daily fault team updates to the central fault desk on who is available for reactive work in the South Operations region
- Liaise with local garages to book vehicle inspections and MOTs of liveried vehicles, and organise local training courses, specific to the industrial requirements of the staff
- Assist with the compliance of Standby and Out of Hours rotas, updating relevant stakeholders and company systems as and when changes arise
- Be responsible for the archiving of job-related paperwork, in line with GDPR guidelines.
This is a hybrid role with 3 days in the office in Salford and 2 days working from home.
- 5 A* to C GCSEs or equivalent, including English and Maths
- Previous experience of working in utilities or construction industries and knowledge of electricity distribution networks is advantageous.
- Experience working in an administrative setting is essential
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
