Our Customer Care team is growing

Due to the expansion of our existing team, we are looking for an employee to strengthen our Customer Care Team and take care of the customer support in the UK - Slough on a full time basis.

**LOGSTA?**
What do we do? Basically, we run our clients' logistics smoothly, so they can spend their time on their businesses and products instead of getting mad about logistics. We have been rocking e-commerce logistics since 2017. Last year, we merged forces with ANCLA and received funding, which means: We are ready for growth.

**YOUR ROLE IN THE BAND**
- You will look after our customers and be the first point of contact for all concerns and queries - this also includes the prompt processing of customer queries received.
- The processing of cases on the basis of our internal communication system with our customers is part of your daily business.
- You work together with the operative departments in the processing of customer enquiries as well as freight forwarders
- You take over the management of incoming complaints on your own responsibility
- You check incoming damage reports with great care
