**What we are looking for**:
We are looking for an empathetic, caring and adaptable individual with excellent communication skills who would like be a part of our goal of going the extra mile to ensure the utmost customer satisfaction. You will be passionate about customer care and self-improvement and work closely with our Customer Care Managers to achieve this. We want you to be great brand ambassadors who maintain good knowledge of our products and services and obtain excellent customer feedback.

**_Please note: working days will be Friday to Tuesday._**

- Willing to come up with way to improve our relationship with the Mindful Chef community

**You will**:

- Be patient and empathetic to customer needs
- Working to hit and exceed the teams weekly productivity targets
- Work closely with our couriers to solve delivery related problems
- Contribute to our team goal of a customer satisfaction score of 95% and Trustpilot score of 4.8 - (this is super important as we strive to keep our title of the UK's no.1 recipe box)
