This position is fast paced and requires someone who can learn and work with efficiency and attention to detail whilst demonstrating a calm working style. Liaisons with buyers, senior management, the marketing team, colleagues, and suppliers will be a key part of this role and therefore will demand a confident communicator who can deliver information clearly and precisely. Outstanding administration skills and experience in organising and prioritising numerous tasks simultaneously is essential.
**Key tasks will include**:
- Preparation and analysis of sales reports
- Managing and maintaining accurate tracking spreadsheets
- Organising mark downs, promotions and sale activity
- Pull together monthly statistics, analyse key trends and support with compiling the monthly trading report
- Replenishment orders, seasonal and core
- Chase deliveries/negotiate with suppliers as agreed with the Buyer
- Filing, post, general admin and office keeping
- Supporting all buying administration tasks
