Our client, a public sector organisation, seek a**HR Manager** of an interim period of 10 - 12 weeks.
This role Edinburgh based and offers hybrid working.
The role attracts a day rate of £275 (inside IR35) umbrella and part time working would be considered.
**Main deliverables**:

- Research, develop and update new and existing organisational policies, procedures and guidance in line with best practice and relevant legislation.
- Undertake and write up equality impact assessments over a range of HR policies
- Carry out specific project work in relation to the roll out and implementation of the HR system, YouManage

**Essential skills**:

- Degree level qualification and /or experience
- CIPD qualified
- Seasoned HR professional
- Sound knowledge of employment legislation and HR practice
- Experience of writing and updating HR policies in line with best practice
- Experience in undertaking Equality Impact assessments
- Experience in the management and roll out of HR systems and training of staff in the HR system
