**Role overview**:
You'll have an important part to play as our Audio Visual Assistant supporting the delivery of excellent customer service within Unipart Group's Client Services areas, executive boardrooms, Conference Centre, meeting rooms, offices, The Advanced Supply Chain Institute (ASCI), and distribution centres.

As Audio Visual Assistant you'll receive training from the Audio Visual Manager to cover all aspects of the technical offering within Unipart Group.

**As part of your key responsibilities, you'll**:

- Set up and operate AV equipment and/or hardware requirements for in-person, virtual, and hybrid conferences and events across Unipart and client sites as required and under the guidance of the AV Manager
- Select equipment, create quotations, and raise orders following internal processes and sign-off
- Install AV meeting room equipment under the guidance of the AV Manager
- Provide occasional cover for Main Reception and other Client Services areas during busy periods and cover absence
- Carry out daily, weekly and monthly checks to ensure the facilities are set up and maintained to a high standard
- Regularly move and organize furniture and equipment - manual handling training will be given
- Meet and greet external visitors, suppliers, and clients
- Support the adoption of digital technologies across all businesses areas

**About You**:

- Excellent communicator - including effective listening and professional spoken and written skills
- Ability to deliver technical solutions and support in front of a live audience if required
- Willingness and ability to learn new skills quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for technology and customer service
- Previous knowledge and experience in Projection, digital signage, multimedia editing, mixing desks, microphones/PA systems, Unified Collaboration (UC), audio-visual routing and processing, AV over IP, AV control systems, video production, Adobe Creative Suite, MS PowerPoint would be an advantage
- Although based in Cowley, OX4, this role involves occasional multi-site travel, therefore a full driving license is essential for using a company pool car/van
- Will be expected to carry out other ad-hoc duties from time to time according to business needs
