We are a popular Vietnamese street food restaurant with branches across the country, seeking an experienced Chef de Cuisine to lead our kitchen team at Pho in Exeter. Responsibilities
The successful candidate will have minimum 2 years experience working as a Head Chef or equivalent role, experience managing a team of junior chefs, strong knowledge in food safety and health and safety regulations, experience controlling stock and ordering, and comfort using different systems and software. You will be responsible for motivating and guiding your team to deliver exceptional results, while maintaining the highest standards of quality and hygiene.

Salary and Benefits
The salary for this role is up to £43,000 per annum, inclusive of earnings received through tronc.
