Job Details
- Liaising with suppliers for stock & quotations
- Chasing overdue purchase orders
- Receiving and checking incoming orders & receipting them on system
- Checking invoices match order values
- Dealing directly with suppliers with any pricing or quantity issues
- Liaise with accounts on regular basis for payment process
- Managing returns to suppliers
- Keeping stores clean & tidy and adhering to Health & Safety Regulations
- Maintaining the database of supplier information

Desirable Criteria
- Experience or understanding of electrical control equipment & accessories
- Proficient and able to work within tight deadlines with great attention to detail
- Good Microsoft Office skills - to include Excel, Word and Outlook
- Minimum 2 years previous experience in a similar administration role
- Good communication & literacy skills
- Ability to use Sage 50
