**Your next role**

You will be required to survey and inspect properties, identifying repairs required to bring properties up to the requirements of SBC’s current re-let standards, working with partners, contractors and colleagues to ensure homes are turned around within targets set and re-let in a safe condition. Good time management will be play a key part in being successful.

As a company representative, you are expected to maintain the highest level of professionalism with all contacts, i.e. member of the public, colleagues, stakeholders and Members.

You must hold full UK driving licence and have HNC or equivalent qualification in the building industry.
- You must be fluent in the English language (as a requirement of Part 7 of the Immigration Act “for the effective performance of a customer-facing role”)._
