We are looking to recruit an Administrator who will cover a wide range of general administration tasks including purchasing, invoicing and receptionist duties at the Hereford plant. On occasions the scope of the role will include the provision of admin support cover for purchasing and invoicing at the Chesterfield plant. Role may at times be extended to ensure the timely movement of goods to/from international customers and to maintain accurate and complete transactional records.

**Main responsibilities**:
- At all times, to ensure Bodycote safety procedures are followed
- Raise accurate purchase orders (AX system) covering equipment, goods & services and consumables for the plant
- Process invoices to ensure suppliers are paid in a timely fashion
- Manage GRNI
- Assist site management with accounts receivables
- Process payroll & timesheet data and maintain absence and holiday records
- Assist with the maintenance and reporting out of quality, environmental and safety systems and accreditations
- Administer front of house reception, telephone services and visitor control in a courteous and professional manner
- Diligently follow Bodycote procedures on the movement of international goods and liaise with key contacts to ensure correct procedures are followed and errors/omissions are rectified in a timely manner
- Communicate and liaise effectively with colleagues to ensure the ongoing smooth running of the business
- Assist with reporting out as needed
- Support internal and external auditing processes
- Develop skills and knowledge to provide wider operational support on CHIPs or future ERP system
**Qualifications, experience and skills**:
- Must be highly organised with an unfailing attention to detail & accuracy
- Strong PC literacy with proven MS Office skills
- Ability to prioritize work and maintain momentum across multiple multi-stage projects
- Good interpersonal skills with excellent verbal and written communication
- Adaptable and flexible to competing demands and deadlines
**Salary / package**:
- Competitive salary
