The successful individual will be passionate about nurturing client relationships and delivering exceptionalcustomer service. You will work alongside a sales team, providing customers with full support in the set-up of their accounts and the installation process.**Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm (flexibility on hybrid working)
Ipswich, on-site free parking
Key Responsibilities**:

- Supporting customers with the onboarding of installations, through to a comprehensive account and contract set-up.
- Liaise closely with the sales and operations teams.
- Build and nurture customer relationships, being the first point of contact throughout the onboarding process.
- Managing customer queries around consumable pricing and contracts, updating equipment and customer contact records.
- Managing all contract agreements and their ongoing reviews.
- Working collaboratively with the lease company, to assist in the acceptance of finance.
- Driving additional sales of products and services, as well as replacing ageing equipment and leases.

- Exceptional communication skills, verbal and written
- Well organised and able to prioritise workload
- An ability work within set timeframes
- Effective team player
- Knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite and CRM systems
