- Legal Secretary_
- Consideration will be given to those with administrative experience outside of the legal sector. This is a great opportunity to gain new skills in a rewarding industry._
**Responsibilities and Duties will include but will not be limited to**:
- Assisting the solicitors in the managing of files and all administrative duties including file management, answering and directing phone calls, transcribing from digital dictation, opening and closing files, drafting correspondence, scanning, printing and e-filing documents.
**Qualifications/ Experience**:
- A minimum of 2 years secretarial/administrative experience.
- Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook.
- Experience in a client/customer facing role.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
Other Information:
Salary is commensurate with experience.
Hours are 9am to 5pm each day with one hour lunch break.
