**WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?**You will join our product support team, supporting our customers technical issues and project implementations. Assisting with the delivery, maintenance and development of our products, you will get to know our products inside out, so we can then progress youdown a Software Engineering or Data Engineering route. Maintaining a Product Support Knowledge Base will be essential, but training will be delivered through out your time with us. Conforming to sector standards, specifically ISO 20001 and ISO 270001, youwill become an SME in the team.
**WE NEED YOU TO HAVE..**
- SQL / KPI/SLA's / Customer Support / ISO270001
- Experience with OOP languages
- Able to get to our offices in Colwyn Bay

**ITS NICE TO HAVE..**
- Previous product support experience
- Be able to speak another language
