Role Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Trauma Intervention Officer to join our team in North Wales. The successful candidate will work closely with North Wales Police and other agencies to provide critical support to victims and witnesses of crime.

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide immediate and short-term intervention via telephone to individuals impacted by crime
* Conduct initial impact and risk assessments to identify the needs of service users
* Develop and implement tailored support plans to meet the individual needs of service users
* Collaborate with other agencies to ensure seamless provision of services

Requirements:
* 2+ years of experience working in a trauma-informed role or related field
* Strong understanding of the criminal justice system and victim support services
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

* Competitive salary: £26,500 - £32,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
