**HR Administrator**

**About**:
PICH Telecoms Management team have been successfully deploying fibre infrastructure for more than 12 years across the UK. From sourcing active and passive equipment, to efficiently planning and managing deployment projects, ensuring a quick and cost-effective solution that is tailor made to suit the client.

**Job Purpose**:
We are continuing to grow rapidly and to support the next stage of our growth we need an HR Administrator to assist the management team in providing a professional and effective HR service.

**Knowledge & key skills**:

- Support with recruitment - advertising roles, arranging interviews and conducting pre-employment checks
- Employee life-cycle administration including issuing offer letters and contracts and contract amendments
- Conduct exit interviews for leavers and produce leaver documents
- Input and maintain employee data
- Keep track of any payroll changes
- Collate data for HR reports
- Assist with HR events, meetings and support with management and employee communications Key Skills
- CIPD qualification (or equivalent) or studying towards
- Previous experience within HR is desirable
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Confident in using HR systems and MS Office
- Ability to travel to other company locations in the South East, a full UK driving licence is required

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: £18,000.00-£25,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- RAMSGATE: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Human resources: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

- CIPD (preferred)
