Course Coordinator

**Course Coordinator (Ages 9-12)**
As a Course Coordinator you’ll be key to delivering our summer courses, playing an essential role in student welfare, leading trips and activities and ensuring the smooth running of our Juniors courses for international students aged 9‒12.
**Location**:Windsor or Harrow. This is a non-residential role—accommodation and travel expenses are not included. Meals will be provided when on duty. You’ll work in one of the most prestigious independent school locations in the country. Participating could include a day trip, creative activities and dining in historic locations.
**Pay and hours**: £575 per week on a fixed term contract. Monday to Sunday 50 hours on a shift pattern, 1 day off per week.
**Reports to**: House Parent
**Main duties and responsibilities**
- Responsible for maintaining an atmosphere of enthusiasm, curiosity and fun on the course.
- Be the front line in ensuring the safety, welfare, enjoyment and discipline of the
students.
- Support the delivery of the social and cultural programme including leading
activities, day trips and restaurant visits.
- Support the general smooth running of the courses, including making sure
students are on time and in the right place for their academic sessions.
- Support the gathering of marketing material such as student testimonials,
photographs and videos.
- Present and maintain a professional and respectful image of the company and
yourself at all times.

- Able to work to a prepared budget
- Passionate about working with children
- General IT competency
- Right to work in the UK (we cannot sponsor work visas for this role)
