Located in the glorious Dart Valley, the Sandridge Barton Estate is looking for a part-time **Finance & Operations Administrator** to join its dynamic team. Reporting to the CEO, the role will include financial & operational analysis & reporting, systems data integrity, inventory management, customer billing, credit control, accounts payable & monthly HMRC duty returns. You will also have a hands-on role across the wider business helping deliver operational excellence & controls throughout the Sandridge Barton Estate.

**Main Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Preparation of weekly sales, cost and KPI reporting. Product analysis.
- Responsibility for ensuring the accuracy of inventory across all locations.
- Accounts payable, including credit card reconciliation.
- Billing & credit control.
- Maintaining fixed asset register.
- HMRC duty returns.
- Support external bookkeepers for preparation of monthly management pack including profit & loss, balance sheet, cash flow statement & other and other analysis, as well as annual budgets & cash flow forecasts
- Collaborate with external bookkeepers & management team to implement and enforce strong systems of data control & business processes, ensuring high quality data, analysis & reporting is available to the business for effective, real-time decision-making.
- Ad hoc projects and tasks.

**Experience & Attributes**:

- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role.
- Demonstrable experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable & inventory management, ideally in Xero.
- Confident working collaboratively with others.
- Analytical, with excellent attention to detail.
- Self-motivated, with a 'can-do' attitude.
- A passion for process improvement and challenging the 'as-is'.
- Great interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with team members and stakeholders at all levels.
- Comfortable working intuitively in new business systems.
