We are looking to recruit an **Admissions Administrator**, to support sales and customer service for our summer schools on the campuses of the world's leading universities. Every year we welcome students from over 170 countries to our summer schools for ages 13-18.
**Duties and Responsibilities**:
**Administration**:
- Bulk and manually uploading leads into our CRM
- Posting sales onto our CRM
- Creating Visa invitation letters for students
- Scheduling appointments for the Admissions Manager and other staff members
- Taking notes and minutes in team meetings and keeping track of actions
**Admissions**:
- Maintaining and developing relationships with new and existing customers
- Outbound customer service - creating an excellent customer experience for all clients
**Sales**:
- Calling, qualifying, and closing leads
- Working with mixed sales approaches - online, telephone and video calls
- Relationship building with a range of clients/stakeholders
- Working with company CRM system
**Person Specification**:
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills
- Excellent listening skills and the ability to ask the right questions, understand concerns, and overcome objections
- Strong work ethic and self-starter, able to effectively manage multiple priorities and adapt to change within a fast-paced business environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a wider team
- Proficient and confident in the use of basic telephonic systems, computer systems and technology
**Position Details**:
- **Hours**: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday (9:00 AM to 5:30 PM) with some weekend and evening work required
- **Location**: Based at our Oxford office (OX4), with some hybrid working
- **Duration**: February - July fixed term contract
- **Holiday Entitlement**: 32 days of annual leave per year, inclusive of bank holidays
