As the Event Administrator, you will be the go-to person in supporting the delivery of a range of conferences and exhibitions for a small, busy B2B conference management company - the ideal person will be reliable, motivated, with strong communication andpractical skills. Has experience in dealing with various administrative tasks coupled with excellent customer service.

Multi-day, high-end business conferences with accompanying exhibits for 100 - 1,000+ attendees

Awards ceremonies and dinners at special venues held throughout Europe, USA, Africa, Asia and Australia

Multi-day, international, small group training seminars

**The role includes**:

- Event Registrations and attendance reports
- Customer-facing - meet and greet customers and clients
- Preparing documentation and communications.
- Invoicing and credit control
- Supporting events onsite
- Event websites management
- Event housekeeping - managing hotel rooms, preparing badges for all event attendees
- Venue and Supplier sourcing - caterers, equipment hire

**Your skills**

A graduate with a minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in event management (ideally B2B)
