Our client is committed to providing exceptional living experiences for students, and as such, they are seeking a dedicated Events and Office Administrator to join their team.
**Position Overview**:
As an Events & Office Administrator, you will serve as the primary point of contact for students residing in the accommodation as well as co-ordinating events and social media content. This dynamic role combines elements of customer service, administrative support, social media marketing and event organisation.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Administrative Support & Customer Service:
- Greet residents and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor at the front desk.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and offering assistance as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of resident information, including check-ins, check-outs, and maintenance requests.
- Coordinate key distribution and access control for residents and authorized personnel.
- Monitor the facility for safety and security, promptly reporting any issues or concerns to the appropriate parties.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence.
- Organize and facilitate community events and activities to promote resident engagement and a sense of community.
- Collaborate with the property management team to ensure the smooth operation of the facility and adherence to policies and procedures.
Social Media & Event Organisation:
- Content creation and updating all social media platforms.
- Ensuring all of the content is suitable for the brand and company.
- Organisation of events within the accommodation.
- Scheduling meetings and organising diaries to ensure all parties can attend.
**Qualifications**:
- Experience with content creation and social media marketing is essential.
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.
- A positive attitude and a commitment to providing outstanding service to residents.
- Flexibility to work a variable schedule.
