**Account Executive**

**Cardiff, Cardiff Gate**

**Salary - £22,000-£25,000, DOE**

**Full time, permanent role**

**Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm**

**37.5 hours per week**

**Our client, a Market-leading Print and Label Specialist is looking to recruit an Account Executive to join their busy and expanding team in Cardiff Gate**

**Essential Skills**:

- Sales administration experience and / or some experience of account management
- Client-focused solutions experience Dealing with clients / suppliers via phone
- Data inputting
- Attention to detail, accuracy Influencing and negotiating skills
- Effective listening skills Ability to analyse and interpret information
- Effective verbal and written communication skills including an excellent telephone manner
- Effective problem-solving ability
- Flexible and logical approach to work
- Team player Demonstrates a superb, ‘can do’ customer service attitude
- Confident manner

**Responsibilities**:

- To build and maintain strong, long lasting client relationships.
- To serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters.
- To ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
- To develop and maintain a good understanding of the products and services that the Company offers and be able to advise others about them.
- To generate new / additional business with existing clients, including upselling and cross selling. To work to and consistently achieve sales / revenue targets as determined by the business. Monitor your own progress.
- With support from your line manager as required, to forecast and track account metrics e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts. To prepare reports on account status.
- To track orders through from production to completion, liaising with suppliers to ensure jobs are completed to the deadline date.
- To ensure that all required client and sales data is accurately inputted into the Company system(s).
- To help deal with any client/supplier issues, ensuring that any are dealt with in a swift and efficient manner. Ensure that required procedures followed.
- To maintain professional and technical knowledge by, for example, participating in educational webinars / workshops, undertaking research, reviewing professional publications.
- To undertake accurate and timely sales administration activities.
- Any other tasks requested from team.
