PA/Office Manager - Peterborough
Salary - £32,000 DOE
Hours - 8.30am - 5.30pm Monday to Friday
My Client prides itself on collaborating with some of the UK's largest blue-chip organisations. Due to exciting expansion plans, now seeking to recruit and experienced PA/Office Manager
The PA / Office Manager will provide organisational and administrative support to the Senior Management Team and Contract / Project Managers, specifically working on projects associated with Key clients. The role will require the preparation of spreadsheets,presentations, programmes and general correspondence whilst co-ordinating many of the operational logistics of the company. You will be required to provide exceptional customer service, excellent organisational and interpersonal skills and be able to workon your own initiative.
Key Accountabilities:

- Effective and confident communicator written and verbal
- Strong planning skills and an ability to multitask
- Understand the CRM process and appreciate the working principles of Business Development
- Required to provide comprehensive, confidential support and will assist in key projects and ad hoc activities to ensure an effective operation Personal Specification:

- A minimum of 2 years' experience supporting Senior Management / Directors
- Experience within the retail sector - preferred but not essential
- A full valid driving licence
- Enthusiastic, energetic and confident
- A team player
- Reliable and trustworthy
- Flexible and adaptable when prioritising workloads
