Interaction Recruitment are recruiting for a Junior PA to join a highly reputable Legal Firm Based in Peterborough.
As the Junior PA you will be providing operational and administrative support to the Office Manager and Senior Members of the organisation.
This is perfect for those looking to take their first steps within an office setting
**SALARY: £20,000**
**LOCATION: PETERBOROUGH**
**HOURS: MONDAY TO FRIDAY 9:00AM - 5:30PM**
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Basic admin duties including printing, preparing documents and scanning
- Covering reception duties when required
- Ensure compliance is met including new client checks
- Maintaining systems and updating as appropriate
- Dealing with incoming calls and enquiries
- Scan all incoming post onto system
- Assisting Operations Director with routine and ad hoc tasks
- Support new starters with training needs

This role would suit an individual that may be currently working in hospitality and retail and is looking for that break to get into an office setting
- Be flexible and adaptable to an ever changing fast paced environment
- Be able to co operate within a wider team as well work individually
- Provide support in a professional and friendly manner
- Be willing to take on tasks as and when required
- Excellent communication skills, verbally and written
- Can work under pressure
- MUST HOLD A FULL DRIVING LICENSE
