Tasks

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements for both business and personal purposes
- Coordinate meetings, conferences, and events, ensuring seamless logistics and preparation.Conduct thorough research
- Prepare detailed investment reports, summaries, and presentations.
- Create and curate compelling content for various social media platforms, ensuring consistent branding and messaging.
- Monitor social media channels, respond to inquiries, and engage with the audience in a timely and professional manner.
- Analyze social media metrics and generate insightful reports to measure the effectiveness of campaigns.
- Maintain confidential files, records, and documents.
- Participate in meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items as needed.
- Assist in organizing and overseeing special and personal projects, including investment research initiatives and social media campaigns.
- Manage project timelines, tasks, and deliverables, ensuring deadlines are met.

There is no specific definition for this role. You can expect to be working on a variety of tasks from investor scouting, to presentation design, to social media content, to running personal errands. You should be extremely well-rounded, eager and well-prepared to take on any task.

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in analysis, research, writing and EA.
- Demonstrated expertise in social media management, content creation, and engagement strategies.
- Strong proficiency in using social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram) and relevant tools.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable to changing priorities.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
