You will become an integral part of the Associate Management Team that is responsible for the recruitment, selection, training, and the performance management of our associates who work on behalf of City & Guilds.

Your role will be to support with all aspects of this work, offering **administration** support to the whole team.

**About the role**:
The role will work right across the team and offers excellent opportunities to get involved with diverse tasks and opportunities, as well as business wide groups.
- Working hours: Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm (we work 35 hours per week).
- You will be working for a well-established organisation: City & Guilds
- This role will be London based, in our offices (EC1A 9DE) - initially office days will be higher, however once trained **hybrid** working to include work from home would be considered
- Full training, support and mentoring offered
