**Our Client, Schlumberger, are currently looking for a Business System Clerk for an initial 6 months contract with possible extension, depending on performance.**

**PAYE only**

**Position will be in Westhill Enterprise Drive office.**

**Objectives**
Complete accurate and timely entry of data in Maximo

Support maintenance operations by performing systems transactions as specified by the CE Manager & Supervisor

**Activities**
Ensure that assigned asset and maintenance transactions are completed in a timely, complete and accurate manner.

When capable, act as a resource for some training or technical issues or troubleshooting related to Maintenance Business Systems, in particular the CMMS,RITE,INTRACK.

Report any system issues, bugs or deficiencies to Business Systems Manager and when necessary.

InTouch.

Monitor compliance of accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of all critical business systems transactions

**Interfaces**
Fidelity of physical equipment movements vs CMMS transactions.

Accuracy, completeness and timeliness of data entry and system transactions.

MS Microsoft proficient English

**Key Indicator(s)**

**Job Tasks**
- **Maximo** is the main Business system which are being use for equipment data base today.

Work Orders for Cementing covering 20 plus rigs in North Sea

Management of Instruments and Calibration for Base and Rigs CERTS

Pressure Equipment for Standard 23 Third Party Certification, costs, and input into various systems

Follow up on Movement of assets throughout Geomarket in Maximo in liaising with Asset Coordinator, so locations can access equipment Maximo.

Service Requests - Status Changes etc. for all assets within UK

Ensuring all certification (6 monthly/annual etc.) as below is input in work orders and time captured.

DHT - Ensuring all COCs and Stem documentation is in Maximo and SharePoint before work orders completed.

BP/Ithaca - Maintenance systems - liaise with client contacts for maintenance checks and their own Maximo/SAP system updates with updated info from SLB techs.

3rd Party Cement Units offshore - liaise with clients and maintenance team to ensure all preventative maintenance is carried out within timescales and ensure all parts and personnel available. (KEN)
- **Certification**

Arranging 3rd party inspectors pre loadout of equipment for UK when original certs are needed.

Overall responsibility for 6 Monthly Lifting Inspection being carried out and updated for entire Westhill Base including ordering of all sling replacements and uploading of LOLER and PUWER reports into all systems and Audit Trackers.

Coordination of certification packages and organizing of Inspectors i.e., DNV Annual Surveys, Allianz filing

Air Tanks, Lifting Inspections, Fire and Gas etc.

LTO - All Certification and Documentation and ensure all assets are in LTO Spreadsheet as well as Maximo and SharePoint.
- **SAP/SRM**

Submitting and chasing all shopping carts for TLM along with others in the Westhill Facility

Continuous contact with P&SC to ensure PO’s are raised urgently and within lead time for parts to be here or inspections to take place.

Chasing AP on a regular basis for invoices to be paid for suppliers on stop holding up processing of orders for parts needed to complete maintenance (sometimes other segments invoices).

Weekly meetings regard resources allocation and DFP & DFR orders.
