**HR ADMINISTRATOR**

Our national client is at the top of their game in their sector and as such are looking to recruit an experienced HR Administrator to support their Head Office as well as Regional sites.

This role will provide full HR administration life cycle support to employees

**Role Responsibilities**:

- First point of contact for all head office HR queries and HR related queries
- Providing advice and guidance in line with HR policies to head office line managers and employees, under the guidance of the Senior HR Business Partner
- Manage the HR Head Office inbox actioning or directing queries to the relevant personnel
- Ownership of head office probation process
- Accountable for ensuring HR Systems are updated and maintained
- Ensuring right to work and DBS documentation is kept up to date for head office and regional employees
- Actioning references for Head office and Regional employees
- Informing payroll of head office, regional and senior employee pay changes/starters/leavers
- Assisting the Senior HR Management team with project and ad-hoc requests
- Support with completing ad hoc, monthly and quarterly HR data requests from across the head office population
- Preparing and amending where necessary HR documents including letters, forms, and contracts
- Manage leavers process and all changes to terms and conditions for head office employees

**Person Specification**:

- Experience of working within an HR Department
- Strong attention to detail is essential
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and trust of employees is essential
- Has experience of updating and maintaining HR and Payroll systems is essential
- Experience of providing ER advise is desirable
- Aptitude to learn and develop skills is desirable
