**About the role**

Here at Node4, we have a fantastic opportunity for a Project Support Administrator to join our friendly and fast-paced PMO Team. Within this role, you will be supporting the Project Management Team on customer delivery projects ensuring that multi-product, multi-site solutions are delivered to agreed timescales, within budget, and with the quality required to ensure industry-leading levels of customer satisfaction.

**What will you be doing?**
- Be empowering and inspire others to deliver successful projects or portfolios.
- Ensure the agreed project management methods, standards and processes are maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
- Assist the PMO Management and Team Managers in the production and maintenance of project plans.
- Update and maintain the project pack (RAID), filing, recording and reporting systems.
- Collaborate in the production of all reports and produce project summary reports.
- Set up and maintain systems for recording project meeting minutes and outputs.
- Maintain risk and issue logs and change control records (RAID).
- Communicate professionally with the Customer and Node4 Stakeholders.
- Develop and support effective communication mechanisms between the project teams.
- Undertake any other administrative tasks as specified by the PMO Management Team.
- Take clear concise minutes from meetings and add them to the “Project-specific documentation pack.”
- Proactively monitoring the “Project-specific documentation pack” for completion dates and ensuring that owners complete their actions in good time.
- Creating reports (summary of the “Project-specific documentation pack” data).
- Keep the Project Collaboration tool up-to-date and support the “Project Team” with navigation information and updates.
- Take ownership and be accountable for their Projects.
- Support teams to ensure they are communicating according to the agreed Communications Plan, both internally and externally in partnership with the Account Management, Sales and Enterprise Delivery teams.
- Be focused and thorough with change control.
- Represent PMO and Node4 service interests both within the Node4 ecosystem and externally.
- Consistently demonstrate and champion ESaaS (Exceptional Service as a Standard) & associated Level 4 behaviours - both internally to Node4 and with our customers.
- Proactively develop effective and mutually productive relationships across all departments within Node4 through behaviour and approaches.

**What will you bring?**
- Able to work with mínimal supervision from PMO Management Team to ensure the agreed project management methods and standards are implemented throughout the project.
- Ability to chase actions, both internally and externally.
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide a high level of accurate administrative support to PMO Management to help achieve PMO objectives.
- Be passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience.
- Able to challenge and question effectively in a professional manner.
- Excellent communication skills (face to face, verbal and written).
- Be a passionate communicator with the ability to alter the message to different audiences.
- High attention to detail.
- Demonstrate an approachable, friendly, personable manner.
- Self-starter, strong analytical and organising skills with excellent attention to both quality and detail.
- Proven experience in delivering multi-site, technology projects through management or coordination.
- Understand the importance of, and how to deliver great customer service.
- Knowledge and/or experience of a formal project management methodology.
- Project/Task planning ability.
- Experience in working on IT projects/programmes.
- Ability to analyse and present information
