IT Administrator

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced, full-time IT Administrator to join our progressive business.

The IT Administrator will be forward thinking and have a passion for the future of IT. Duties will include:

- Being the first point of contact for all internal IT related queries
- Desktop and server support in Windows and some Citrix Xen
- Support for printers, scanners, and other peripherals across the network
- Support for Company mobiles phone and other mobile devices
- Support for Company’s telephony system
- Administration of company software
- Supporting security systems linked to the IT network
- Providing internal IT training and support at employee inductions
- Maintaining documentation and records
- Testing new enhancements before live implementation
- Supporting remote working
- Supporting the IT Manager with internal projects

**The IT Administrator must haves**:

- Previous experience working within an IT support role
- Knowledge and experience of working with accountancy software, preferably Sage 50 or Iris/Invu
- Be flexible and reliable with excellent communication skills
- Troubleshooting abilities

In return you will be offered a salary of £25,000 - £30,000 depending on experience with 24 days holidays plus stats, which will rise to 29 after 5 years of service. You will also benefit from a pension and life assurance.
