**OPPORTUNITY PROFILE**

The **Tenant Engagement Coordinator** will be the first point of contact for residents promoting Cenergist services as required by our clients. They will explain the benefits of our services and then the process that follows to set expectations. They will liaise between our client, residents and Cenergist staff to ensure that any works being carried out are communicated to residents and at each stage and that residents are fully supported.

The position will be based in **Washington**, with the opportunity for flexible and hybrid work models. Travel maybe required on some occasions to other operating locations as specified by the company.

**KEY TASKS**
- Outbound calls to residents promoting services Cenergist offers.
- Explaining the process step by step and setting expectations.
- Booking appointments on the systems
- Identify any special needs or circumstances of individual residents.
- Working closely with our engineering and operations team for seamless project delivery for the resident
- Manage any inbound queries or complaints in a timely manner.
- Working with site management team to keep residents fully informed.
- Maintain records in line with company procedures ensuring compliance with GDPR.
- Other admin duties as and when required.

**DEMONSTRABLE EXPERIENCE**
- Previous experience of providing high level customer service via telephone to members of the public.
- Using computers and computer systems to enter data, or process information.
- Experience of working in a contact centre environment (desirable)
